I read the cops went to serve a search warrant on a town house or condo and were shot at, returned fire and she was caught in the crossfire. Is this true?

Honestly most shootings are usually justified or understandable. Can still be negligence on part of the police. Here is an actual case of just an asshole cop who probably can't control himself and should be fired

Read up if you get a chance in it...more articles out there now on the situation...but here is the short of it.

Taylor dated a guy 2 years earlier who was still using her address as his permanent address and was allegedly a suspect in a drug trafficking case.

The previous boyfriend had moved out 2 years earlier and she was now dating another guy...Taylor was a EMT and her new boyfriend worked for the US postal service.

The cops went to serve a “no knock” warrant on the address for the previous boyfriend sometime after midnight.

The couple was obviously sleeping and heard someone bust in their door and the new boyfriend fires his gun thinking it was an intruder(missing cops).

The cops obviously return fire back unloading clips on the couple hitting Taylor 8 times and killing her...missed the boyfriend.

The boyfriend was then arrested for attempted murder of police officer.

One police officer got shot in the leg and it has since been admitted it was from friendly fire.

No drugs, money, anything related to any criminal activity was found in the home. Neither Taylor or her new boyfriend had any type of criminal records.

The boyfriend has since been released to home confinement instead of jail until his trial for attempted murder of a police officer.

That's a fucked up misunderstanding, and something needs to be done about that no knock entry

The charges should be dropped immediately

They both get money, especially her family

Pretty wild story. One of the cops who was outside of the apartment with no line of sight just started randomly shooting and sent a couple bullets through the ceiling into the apartment above and a couple shots into the apartment next to one they were raiding. Unreal more people didn’t get killed, I believe close to 25 shots were fired and the boyfriend was apparently right in the doorway, yet he didn’t get hit once and she was shot eight times.

These no-knock warrants seem to lead to a lot of dicey situations, someone in the apartment and one of the neighbors both called 911 saying their was a home invasion in progress because the police didn’t identify themselves. I believe the police claim they did identify themselves.

In the report the judge that signed off on the “no knock” warrant only had 1 detective claim he saw the former BF come in and out of the apartment with a fed ex box 1 time...1time...in the last 2 years...2 years...I don’t know what other info the police had on the former BF I assume more...But 1 detective saw the guy go into that apartment 1 time in 2 years and it was on record as his permanent address and that was enough to sign off on a no knock warrant at that location.

It is very troubling.

Do you think the cops walk, get fired if anything? Does the judge get any type of reprimand? Does the new boyfriend get the charges dropped against him? I feel certain the tax payers of Louisville will ultimately be the ones actually paying.

Nope.

Officers didn't fire until one of the officers (Jonathan Mattingly) was shot in the upper thigh, causing him to be rushed to the hospital for surgery.

Not what some sources are saying about this situation.

Of course that is what the initial POLICE report said...He fired one shot and struck the officer....LoL of course it does dipshit.

Investigators have already found conflicting issues in reports and evidence at the scene.

Now I look at the man in my avatar and wonder? Would authorities ever lie about a friendly fire incident?

LoL keep trying though dipzits...keep trying.

I mean, do you blame the guy for firing at someone he thinks is breaking into his house?

ROFL.

Show. me one reputable source that says the cop wasn't shot.

Notice that you didn't include your source? Why?

Are you saying he faked the trip to the hospital?

Dumb fucks like you are always wrong, every single time.

.

You are such a dumb fuck.

Walker's own lawyer is admitting that his client shot and hit Mattingly. Why are you so fucking stupid?

The suit alleges Walker, who also called 911, believed the apartment “had been broken into by criminals and that they were in significant, imminent danger.” The document states that the officers fired through closed windows, curtains and blinds.

The more than 20 shots fired by police struck objects in the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and both bedrooms, according to the lawsuit.

In contrast, Walker’s attorney told the Courier Journal, his client fired a single shot, which struck Mattingly.

“Had Mr. Walker known that police were outside, he would have opened the door and ushered them in,” Eggert told the newspaper.

Maybe not. My only point is that MobTroll's dick-sucker stock07 is posting a false narrative.
face)(*^%...let yet another dipzit meltdown begin.

I am not disputing the cop got shot...not at all...I am not disputing the BF fired his weapon...he did.

I am saying there are questions being raised as too who actually shot the cop. Like I said investigators have said there are discrepancies in the report and evidence and it is being looked into. Do your own homework or just believe what google tells you...I don’t care...

The guy fired 1 shot and hit the officer...allegedly.

The cops fired over 20 rounds and hit the person not holding a gun 8 times and 3-4 shots into adjoining apartments.

No false narrative is being pushed here...just having a conversation about a tragic incident.

You are the one coming in trying to stir drama...bad look for you here dipzit.

This is MY thread and we will only respectfully discuss the incident and our thoughts...

I’m not sure about others but I sleep with 2 firearms within my reach...

If my front door gets busted in, in the middle of the night and I am able to get the jump whoever comes through the door first is catching it...

It is hard to blame the guy. I don’t.

Also enfugo could you please respectfully have your boy dipzit calm it down in this thread...

It is a bad look for him...and shows who is instigating what.

I know he needs help so maybe throw him a lifeline.

Trying to have a respectful conversation here.

You started the disrespect, and how you're going to blame me? Do you think the readers in here are as stupid as you?

I can be civil, but when fuck-wads like you start spouting off, I'm going to respond in kind.

Now, you claim there are questions being raises as to who actually shot the cop? You provide no evidence to this claim, and
Walker's own attorney is conceding that he did indeed shoot the cop.

Try again?
